While your initial implementation covers the launch of your system, our Managed Support & Maintenance plans ensure your software remains secure, optimized, and perfectly aligned with your growing business. All subscriptions are governed by our official Master Services Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Flexible Alternatives
For clients who manage their own internal IT or do not require a dedicated monthly support retainer, we offer the following structured alternatives:
Managed Hosting Only ($100 / month): For clients who only require our cloud infrastructure. This includes server hosting, SSL certificate management, and automated 24-hour backups. Note: This plan includes zero (0) credit hours. Any requested technical or functional support requires the purchase of a Prepaid Support Block.
Prepaid Support Blocks ($200.00/ 5Hours): Ideal for self-hosted or hosting-only clients who occasionally need expert technical assistance. This block provides 5 hours of support at $40/hour and remains valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Note: Prepaid hours are strictly limited to basic Configurations, Training, and bug Fixing. Customizations, new module Developments, and priority SLAs are exclusive to active Professional and Enterprise subscriptions.
Database Extraction & Offboarding ($250.00 One-Time): For clients wishing to terminate their Meisour hosting and manage their deployment entirely internally. This fee covers the secure extraction, packaging, and handover of your complete database and custom modules so your internal IT team can migrate to a self-hosted environment.
Definitions:
To ensure complete transparency, please review the definitions of the services included in our monthly tiers:
Credit Hours: The total block of expert support time allocated to your account each month. Unused hours do not roll over to subsequent months.
Configurations: Adjustments made to the system using native, out-of-the-box settings (e.g., setting up access rights, tax rules, or standard menus) via the standard user interface.
Customizations (Standard & Enterprise): Intermediate modifications using Odoo Studio or built-in customization tools. This includes adding custom fields, altering PDF report layouts, and creating automated UI workflows.
Developments (Enterprise Only): Advanced technical engineering, including writing custom Python, XML, or JavaScript code to build entirely new modules or complex third-party API integrations.
Fixing: The identification and resolution of system bugs within standard Odoo features or Meisour-provided code. Note: Fixing issues caused by unauthorized third-party apps, improper data imports by the Customer, or modifications made without Meisour's authorization are considered out of scope and will be billed against your credit hours.
Backups: The frequency at which automated snapshots of your database are securely saved to prevent data loss, dictating your maximum Recovery Point Objective (RPO) as detailed in our Managed Hosting terms.
Branches: The maximum number of active physical or logical company locations supported under your monthly plan.
New Branch Setup: The number of new branch environments our team will configure from scratch for your organization under the standard monthly fee. Additional setups beyond this limit require a separate implementation quotation.
Onsite Consulting (Enterprise Only): In-person technical or strategic consulting. Travel time to and from the Customer's premises is deducted directly from the monthly credit hours. All travel-related expenses (flights, accommodations, mileage) are billed separately and must be approved in advance.
Data Privacy: All customer data hosted on our infrastructure or accessed during support sessions is strictly handled in accordance with the Meisour Solutions Privacy Policy.
Complex Developments & API Integrations (Enterprise+): Heavy-duty engineering for large-scale workflows, including building custom third-party integrations, multi-system data syncs, and dedicated server-side architecture.
Priority Support & Dedicated Account Manager (Enterprise+): Your tickets bypass the standard queue for prioritized response times, and you are assigned a direct operational point of contact for strategic IT planning.
Dedicated Cloud Infrastructure (Enterprise+): Instead of shared managed hosting, your system is deployed on an isolated, dedicated server environment optimized for heavy traffic and massive database sizes.

Here are some common questions about our services.

No, unused credit hours do not roll over. Your allocated hours reset at the beginning of each billing cycle to ensure we can guarantee availability and dedicate the appropriate resources to your account every month.
Yes! If you have an internal IT team to manage your system, we offer a Managed Hosting Only plan for $100.00/month. Please note that this covers your server infrastructure, SSL, and automated backups only. Any requested technical or functional support requires the purchase of a Prepaid Support Block.
"Fixing" refers to resolving verifiable bugs or errors within standard Odoo features or code originally provided by Meisour Solutions. "Customizations" and "Developments" involve creating new features, modifying existing workflows, adding custom fields, or building new integrations. Fixes are included in all plans, while Customizations require a Standard or Enterprise plan.
Yes. If you prefer not to retain us on a monthly subscription, you can purchase a Prepaid Support Block (5 hours for $200). These hours are valid for 90 days. However, clients on our monthly Standard or Enterprise subscriptions receive priority response times and significantly discounted hourly rates.
The travel time (the hours spent traveling to and from your premises) is deducted from your monthly credit hours. However, hard travel expenses (such as flights, mileage, or accommodations) are billed separately and will always be submitted to you for approval in advance.
You are never locked in. If you choose to migrate away from Meisour's managed cloud, we charge a one-time Database Extraction & Offboarding fee of $250. Once paid, we will securely package your complete database and any custom modules you own for your IT team to deploy on your independent servers.
All sales are final. The 75% advance payment made toward Software Implementation is non-refundable once implementation has commenced. Subscription fees are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time with 30 days' notice.
