Key Responsibilities

•  Present Demos: You will be responsible for presenting Odoo demos to new leads.
•  Project Management: You will solely manage and oversee projects, including all implementation tasks.
•  Training:
  i. On-site training
  ii. Remote training
  iii. Recording training sessions (if needed)
•  Setup: You will be responsible for setting up system defaults, data migration, and overall implementation to ensure smooth operations and support various departments within the client company.
•  Functional Support: You will provide comprehensive support and assistance to all clients in using and maximizing the features and functionalities of Odoo, encompassing all its functions.
•  Data Checking: You will verify the accuracy and integrity of data entered into the system, ensuring its consistency and reliability.
•  Fiscal Year Closing: You will participate in fiscal year closing processes, including reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and related activities.
•  Generating Reports for Customers: You will generate reports tailored to customer requirements, providing accurate and insightful information.
•  Debugging & Quality Checking Customizations: You will assess and check the quality of customizations made within the Odoo system, ensuring functionality and adherence to company standards.

Requirements​

•  Strong English proficiency (Speaking) is required.
•  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business  
   Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
•  Previous Odoo experience (implementation, configuration, or support) is a strong plus.
•  Understanding of ERP systems, business workflows, and process mapping.
•  Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
•  Familiarity with modules or workflows such as Accounting, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, HR, or Manufacturing.
•  Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
•  Strong communication and client-facing skills.
