Functional Consultant / Project Manager

Meisour Solutions is looking for a motivated and skilled professional to join our team as an Odoo Functional Consultant / Project Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for demonstrating Odoo solutions to potential clients, managing implementation projects, and providing continuous support to ensure clients successfully use the system.

1. Present Demos: You will be responsible for presenting Odoo demos to new leads.
2. Project Management: You will solely manage and oversee projects, including all implementation tasks.
3. Training:
   i. On-site training
   ii. Remote training
   iii. Recording training sessions (if needed)
4. Setup: You will be responsible for setting up system defaults, data migration, and overall implementation to ensure smooth operations and support various departments within the client company.
5. Functional Support: You will provide comprehensive support and assistance to all clients in using and maximizing the features and functionalities of Odoo, encompassing all its functions.
6. Data Checking: You will verify the accuracy and integrity of data entered into the system, ensuring its consistency and reliability.
7. Fiscal Year Closing: You will participate in fiscal year closing processes, including reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and related activities.
8. Generating Reports for Customers: You will generate reports tailored to customer requirements, providing accurate and insightful information.
9. Debugging & Quality Checking Customizations: You will assess and check the quality of customizations made within the Odoo system, ensuring functionality and adherence to company standards.
10. Additional Tasks: Any other tasks assigned by Meisour Solutions when needed.

• Strong English proficiency (Speaking) is required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
