Responsibilities


Challenge yourself and combine implementation & technical projects with customer relationship. As a Software Developer (Full Stack), you will be responsible for developing a customized solution. Specifically, you will be dealing with clients who are not satisfied with the Odoo product as it is presented and wish to implement specific elements for a customized use of it. 

The team provides the development from technical analysis to support. Customer relations are generally handled by our Functional Consultants. Your daily tasks will be undertaken from our office in Hargeisa.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Develop solutions for our clients from many different industries, sectors, and company size.
  • Support and maintain specific solutions.
  • Maintain developed solutions by Meisour Solutions.
  • Analysis and development of custom features on our cloud platform.
  • Support and train our partners and customers.
  • Be the technical reference for the whole office.
  • Quantify the workload required for a custom development/project
Required Tech Stack:
    • Languages: Python, JavaScript, XML, HTML
    • Database: PostgreSQL
    • Frameworks/Tools: Odoo, UML-like modeling
    • OS: Unix/Linux
    • Other: Git (assumed – confirm if applicable)

Must Have

  • Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Bilingual in Somali and English
  • Knowledge of Object-oriented programming, object modeling and relational database
  • Python, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, UML-Like modeling, XML, PostgreSQL

Nice to have

  • All round technical knowledge
  • Self-organized
  • Unix / Linux platform for server management
  • Familiarity with Odoo ERP
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Good communication skills and Team spirit
