Your Odoo hosting and support plan is approaching its expiration date. To ensure uninterrupted access to your system, ongoing technical support, security updates, and reliable hosting services, we recommend renewing your subscription before it expires. Please contact our support team to complete your renewal and avoid any disruption to your business operations.

If you encounter a message similar to the one below on your dashboard :

Your hosting and support plan has expired due to non-payment, causing your Odoo database to become inactive. This means you will be unable to access or manage your system until the subscription is renewed. Once payment is received, your services will be restored. Please be aware that late renewals may incur additional penalties or reactivation fees based on the duration of the expiration period.

Canceled


If your hosting plan was canceled due to non-payment and expired less than 30 days ago, you can still restore it easily by renewing your plan. During this time, you may also request a copy of your database and data to use with another hosting provider, once any outstanding payments have been settled. You can then choose to continue with your current hosting by reactivating your plan or take your data and set up a new environment elsewhere, depending on what works best for you.
