Odoo allowed seamless management of banking, investment, insurance, and microfinance workflows while integrating customer service through the Helpdesk app and improving internal communication with Employees and Document modules. The system also enabled online subscriptions and sales tracking through POS and Website modules.

The implementation, completed within three months, ensured minimal disruption to daily operations while providing the group with powerful tools to manage its growing network efficiently.
